Bo Brown

With nearly 50 years of multifamily real estate experience, Brown is consistently recognized as one of the leading multifamily investment specialists in the Southeast. He has closed more than $8 billion in multifamily sales in approximately 500 apartment transactions. During his career, he has represented advisors, developers, investors, lenders, and REITs with their assets.

Much of Brown’s success is derived from his ability to provide his clients with an arsenal of services, from strategic planning and comprehensive financial analysis focused on balance sheet implications to business plan consulting, market and demographic analysis of potential customer bases, and other decisions that can impact the bottom line. This sophisticated approach to business allows him to assist clients in a long-term, strategic consulting role, as opposed to simply selling an asset and negotiating pricing from a one-off transaction perspective.

Brown is a Lifetime Member of the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors and is regularly honored by the Million Dollar Club. He is a member of the NMHC and previously served on the NMHC Board of Directors. He is also an active member of the Urban Land Institute, Atlanta Apartment Association, and the Georgia Association of Realtors.

Due to his expertise, Brown is regularly asked to speak about commercial real estate and has been interviewed by such publications as the Atlanta Business Chronicle, Multi-Housing News, and Commercial Property News. Bo has often been recognized by the Atlanta Board of Realtors as a Top 10 Producer, as well as Who’s Who in Commercial Real Estate as recognized by the Atlanta Business Chronicle. He is a Phoenix Award recipient presented by the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors.

Brown earned his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Georgia.
