Angel Flores

Angel entered investment real estate in 2012 starting with the acquisition of single-family rentals and fix and flips. In 2014, he purchased his first multifamily complex as the deal sponsor in a syndication he formed. He has since gone full cycle on five multifamily properties as the lead sponsor and asset manager. Since 2017, Angel has focused on the representation of owners on the disposition of their multifamily assets and single-family rental portfolios in DFW and Waco. Angel’s list to close ratio over the last 12 months and 9 closings is 102.02%

Angel is a nuclear propulsion trained US Navy veteran. He has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Chemistry from the University of Texas at Arlington. Angel obtained his broker’s license in 2022.

Angel and Genise have been married for 19 years and live in Rockwall, TX with their two children. They love traveling, the outdoors, and spending time with family and friends.
