Andrew Smith

Andrew was born and raised in Portland, ME, and has worked in real estate since he was 16 years old. He graduated from Sierra Nevada College in Lake Tahoe, CA with his Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and joined Deaton GREA in 2023.

Andrew is based in Wilmington, N.C., and specializes in land and multifamily opportunities in the coastal regions of N.C. and S.C. His background in finance and development has provided value to a variety of clients including family offices, regional/national developers, and private and public investors.

Andrew lives in Wilmington with his wife and daughter. Outside work, he is an avid golfer, skier, and Boston sports fan.
