Anam Momin

Anam Momin is a Director of Investment Sales at Global Real Estate Advisors (GREA), specializing in multifamily assets throughout Greater Houston, with a focus on large multifamily properties across the region’s high-growth suburban markets. As a principal and asset manager of a 1,300+ unit multifamily portfolio, she brings direct ownership and investment experience to her work with multifamily owners and investors.

Anam has underwritten more than 60 Class B/C multifamily acquisition and development opportunities across Greater Houston. Her experience includes financial analysis, valuation, and working directly with lenders to evaluate agency and non-agency debt and review loan term sheets. She has developed strong relationships with private capital sponsors through strategic partnerships and her involvement in multifamily investment.

Concurrently, Anam has built a commercial brokerage practice focused on land and development opportunities throughout Greater Houston with more than $24 million in active listings. Prior to her real estate career, she worked in PwC’s Capital Markets practice, advising Fortune 500 companies on IPOs, mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, valuation and transaction diligence.

An avid public speaker, Anam is passionate about educating others on passive multifamily and land investing. She has spoken at industry conferences, podcasts and professional forums, including the Multifamily Investor Network (MFIN) Conference and Ismaili Professionals Network (IPN) Summit.

Anam holds a B.S. in Finance and Accounting and an M.S. in Accounting from New York University’s Stern School of Business.
