Alexander Taic

Alexander Taic is an Investment Sales Professional at Ariel Property Advisors. In addition to originating and executing exclusive sales listings, he is responsible for leading business development and networking initiatives in Queens, with a particular focus on Long Island City and Sunnyside. Prior to joining Ariel Property Advisors, Mr. Taic worked as a residential broker at Peter Ashe Realty. While there, he executed sales of residential condominium and cooperative apartments, representing both sellers and buyers throughout Manhattan. He also worked on tenant and landlord representation for rental listings in New York City. Mr. Taic also spearheaded the firm’s commercial arm, working with local businesses to acquire leases for retail and office space. In the four years at Peter Ashe Realty, Mr. Taic executed over $10 million in sales and generated over $1 million in annual rent income from residential and commercial leases. Previously, he worked in development casting at Left Field Pictures. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Temple University, majoring in Film & Media Arts and minoring in Entrepreneurship.
