Alexander Taic

Alexander Taic is an Investment Sales Professional at GREA. In addition to originating and executing exclusive sales listings, he is responsible for leading business development and networking initiatives in East Harlem.

Mr. Taic previously specialized in the Queens market, with a particular focus on Long Island City and Sunnyside. He has executed and been involved with over $60 million worth of real estate transactions in both East Harlem and Queens.

Prior to joining GREA, Mr. Taic worked as a residential broker at Peter Ashe Realty. While there, he executed sales of residential condominium and cooperative apartments, representing both sellers and buyers throughout Manhattan. He also worked on tenant and landlord representation for rental listings in New York City and spearheaded the firm’s commercial arm, working with local businesses to acquire leases for retail and office spaces.

He earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Temple University, majoring in Film & Media Arts and minoring in Entrepreneurship.

Mr. Taic was born, raised and currently lives on the Upper East Side of Manhattan.
