Alan joined the GREA team in October of 2020. He specializes in the acquisition and disposition of multi-family housing assets on behalf of private clients, family offices, and institutions. Prior to joining GREA Alan was an Associate Director with the Berkadia Real Estate Advisors Philadelphia Multi-Family Investment Sales Team.
Alan’s focus is on the urban Philadelphia market where he advises clients on individual asset and portfolio strategies tailored to meet their specific goals. He utilizes his knowledge of the equity and debt markets to drive winning outcomes for his clients with a singular focus on completing successful transactions.
