ARKANSAS (Sept. 13, 2022) — GREA (Global Real Estate Advisors) – As part of our mission to provide best-in-class service to our clients both on a Local and National level GREA is delighted to expand its services to a new market: GREA has officially launched its Brokerage, Debt, and Equity platforms in the Arkansas market.
The Arkansas office, located in Northwest Arkansas, will represent the company’s 12th strategic location across the United States. Through proven and established capabilities, clients throughout Arkansas, Eastern Oklahoma, and Southern Missouri will benefit from this local presence and GREA’s national reach.
The Arkansas office will be led by 12-year industry veteran Zac Thomas, a Senior Managing Director in GREA’s Dallas/Fort Worth office. Over his career, Mr. Thomas has directly transacted over $650 Million of multifamily properties across 5,000 units.
This new location represents the continued commitment to our Multifamily Investor Client base and will further guarantee the ability to meet and exceed the Real Estate needs of our clients.
Opening an office in Arkansas is a significant step forward in our ongoing commitment to increasing market share on a national level, and we’re optimistic that this will act as a driving force to increase our brokerage capacity and, most importantly, strengthen the quality of our services for our clients.
