Lance Bantlin

Lance conducts financial underwriting and analysis of multifamily properties for GREA listings. His prior experience was working as a development and acquisition analyst for a prominent Oregon senior housing company. He was responsible for underwriting, collecting, and managing due diligence for acquisitions of portfolios valued at tens of millions of dollars. Lance has also conducted valuation analyses of commercial real estate for utilizing in property tax appeals. Lance earned his B.S. from the University of Arizona at Tucson, where he majored in urban and regional development and minored in business administration and environmental studies.

In his free time, Lance enjoys cruising around town in a car that’s older than he is.
