Kyle Shelnutt

Kyle Shelnutt is an underwriting and market analysis specialist who, in various roles, has contributed over $3 billion of transaction volume for the GREA Southeast Team since joining the firm in 2020.
Kyle is currently a licensed real estate salesperson in Georgia and Alabama. With expertise in various asset classes, he has been directly involved in over $50 Million of Multifamily and Multifamily Land transactions in the past two years.
He received his BBA in Finance from the University of Georgia’s Terry College of Business. In his free time, he enjoys traveling, attending UGA sporting events, and spending time with his wife, Carissa, and dog, Hudson.
